I hired Westons Plumbing & Heating Ltd in September 2025 to address a power issue with our boiler and heating system. From first contact to final check, the team were honest, helpful, trustworthy, reliable, customer-centric, efficient and professional in every way.
What impressed me most:
• Superb efficiency- Before they arrived, they noted all the initial signs via phone so they could equip themselves before arrival and save time, I loved the fact that they communicated well throughout the process (letting me know of what they were doing and if there were slight delays).
• The explanation of what needed doing was clear — they didn’t upsell unnecessary parts.
• Their workmanship was excellent: they sorted the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly, that I was satisfied.
• Throughout, they were tidy and respectful of my home and my time.
• After finishing, they followed up repeatedly to ensure I was fully satisfied — they didn’t disappear once the job was “done.”

Google2025-09-07“We had a leaking unvented cylinder which needed replacement. Joe picked up the job even though it was subject to manufacturer's warranty and installed by another Company.
Joe explained exactly what had happened to the cylinder and also found that the expansion vessel was broken, and hence probably caused the cylinder to eventually leak under pressure.
Joe also helped in dealing with the manufacturer in organising the return for fault diagnosis.
We are extremely happy with the standard of work for the installation and will definitely use them again should the situation arise.”

The cherry on the top is the Barbie pink painted walls which may have given Joe a grey hair or two as he thought it may have been a bit much in the small space but it works absolutely perfectly with the bathroom Joe designed every aspect of. He asked me what I wanted and with the brief he was given I can’t give him anything less than 100% nor can I recommend him highly enough. His attention to detail is quite remarkable. Google2025-09-07“I'd highly rate Westons both on the quality of their work and due to how trustworthy they proved to be. We had them in for the first time to do two new radiators, a boiler service and a kitchen tap replacement due to some weird pressure issues. The service was very thorough, and went far beyond what we were used to including checking the flue was properly cemented in - which it wasn't and they quickly remedied.
As for the tap, due to the way our sink was installed it looked like they would need to completely dismantle half the kitchen to get to it, a much bigger and more expensive job than previously quoted that they'd have to come back to do another day.
However, whilst considering the job and investigating they realised the problem was far simpler and didn't need the tap replacing at all. They fixed the issue and removed the tap replacement cost from the bill completely. Not only did they talk themselves out of a much bigger fee, they reduced the original fee too. This really impressed us and cemented our trust in them. We'll be recommending Westons to everyone.”

I have requested a quote for the leak in the kitchen after moving to freshly bought property and his response was super quick and after explaining where the leak is and sending short video of it, Joe was super honest and suggested to go to water supplier as in his opinion this was job for them to fix FOC due to location. He couldn’t be more correct as we had the leak fixed already and new water meter fitted same time all for free!
Definitely 100% recommend and I already decided to use the company moving forward for any jobs or issues that will arise.

Joseph even installed 10 hive radiator valves for me within his quote, which incidentally I asked him about after he had sent his quote.

Google2022-09-07“We had a problem with our toilet being blocked. Joseph came and found out that there was an internal blockage but leading out to the roof side, externally. He immediately took the matter on his own hands and assured me it will be fixed. It was a temporary fix but he made sure it was done. He was back the next day with a roofer who understood guttering and roof pipework and they worked efficiently together to clear out the waste and the blockage.
He was an overall polite, kind and friendly plumber who I wont hesitate to use over and over again!

“Service - Boiler Service & System Flush
Joe came to do our Boiler Service and whilst here he Flushed our System.
After flushing the system through, Our Radiators and Hot Water are running 100% more efficiently!
Before the service our hot water, we had to run for nearly 8minutes before the hot water was hot enough then it was intermittent in heat.
Now our hot water gets hot within 2mins and stays piping hot meaning were using less water. Saving Money!
I also want to point out our radiators are running 100% more efficient.
Upstairs our radiators were always luke warm. Especially in my room. Now my room is toasty and hot. Plus my dampness smell is near enough gone.
We have had services before and this is the first time in a long time our heating is spot on.
I would like to Thank Joe for taking the time to service our boiler and system.
Joe is Highly Efficient, Very Friendly, Had Excellent Time Keeping, Explained everything clearly and took the time to Answer Questions, plus he Tidied up after himself.
Oh and also My Cat and Dog loved him, which is always nice as Joe took the time to make a fuss of them.
