System and Cylinder Upgrade in Braintree

Multi-Floor Comfort: A Complete Heating and Hot Water Overhaul

Our recent project in Braintree was a complex undertaking that required a comprehensive solution to meet the client's needs. With multiple bathrooms spread across the ground, first, and loft floors, the existing system was struggling to deliver consistent hot water and efficient heating.

Our system and unvented cylinder upgrade

To address these challenges, we installed a new Vaillant system boiler, designed to handle the demands of a multi-floor property. By incorporating multiple heating zones, we ensured that each area of the house could be independently controlled, optimising comfort and energy efficiency.

In addition to the heating system, we also overhauled the hot water supply. By installing multiple hot and cold water zones, we eliminated the issues of inconsistent water pressure and temperature fluctuations experienced by the client. The loft bathroom, main bathroom, kitchen, and WC now have their own dedicated supply, ensuring a constant supply of hot water on demand.

The entire system is managed by advanced Vaillant controls, allowing the boiler to operate at maximum efficiency while delivering exceptional performance. The result is a home where every room enjoys optimal comfort and hot water, regardless of the time of day or the number of people using the facilities.
